As part of an ongoing technical training programme, three members of R A Medical Services; Janet & Chris Pickles and Lead Engineer James Throupe, recently visited the Porter Instrument Factory in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, USA.
They were made very welcome and during the course of the visit, Janet & Chris were presented with a plaque to mark 23 years from being appointed UK & Irish Distributor of Porter products in 1996.
As they also celebrated their 43rd Wedding Anniversary during the visit, the factory very kindly supplied two large cakes to mark the occasion. Vanilla and chocolate, these were enjoyed by both the visitors and factory staff.
