R A Medical Services is a family-run company founded in 1994 by Janet and Chris Pickles, building on the Cyprane heritage of Keighley (once known as "The Anaesthetic Capital of the World"). We hold sole UK & Ireland OEM Service Status for Porter and Accutron. In 2017 we received FDA 510(k) manufacturing clearance. In December 2025 we achieved ISO 13485:2016 certification.
